Alan Manubag is a registered nurse (RN) who joined New Britain, Connecticut’s Autumn Lake Healthcare as a floor nurse in 2016. He advanced to the position of RN supervisor within 12 months, but continues to function as a floor nurse when members of his team call out. His responsibilities as a supervisor involve managing the facility’s nursing staff, performing regular staff performance assessments, and providing guidance to younger and less experienced members of the nursing team.
